With deep gratitude to the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas, the Arkansas Conference of The United Methodist Church is pleased to announce scholarship opportunities for those attending the Global Young People’s Convocation in Dublin in July 2026.
The impact of this event extends far beyond those who attend. Participants will return to their local churches and ministries equipped with new perspectives, skills, and relationships that will enrich our wider conference. Scholarship recipients will be invited to share reflections on their experience and encouraged to share what they learned through a presentation, class, or written reflection in their local context.
These scholarships are made possible through the extraordinary generosity of the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas. A total of thirty one scholarships are available. Twenty scholarships will reimburse the eight hundred ninety nine dollar registration fee. Eleven full scholarships are designated for students of the Central District Parish Youth and Young Adult Ministries. Registration scholarships are available to individuals and groups. Groups may receive up to five scholarships in the first round of funding, with additional awards made as funds allow.
