Victoria Carol Mitchell, 74, passed away May 27, 2025, in Prescott, Arkansas. Born March 1, 1951, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Jimmy Neal Boren and Nadine Knight. Her parents, husband Charles Thomas, and brother Neal Boren, all preceded her in death.
Mrs. Mitchell was a member of the Prescott First United Methodist Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Penny Lee (John) Noggle both of Prescott, Arkansas, and Deanna Carol Cole of Texarkana, Arkansas; two brothers Michael (Robin) Buggica of Diboll, Texas and David Buggica of Cabot, Arkansas; six grandchildren Joshua Pasley, Grace (Hunter) wood, Michael Yates, Jeremy Cantrell, Tyler Stricklin and Kade Stricklin; and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside service at 11:00 am, on Monday, June 2, 2025, at Dark Corner Cemetery with Rev. Dr. John J. Noggle officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Prescott First United Methodist Church, P.O.
