
Mrs. Izola Livingston-Bryson was born November 14, 1943, to her loving parents, Warfield & Lettie Livingston in Marianna Arkansas. She accepted Christ at an early age. She attended Lee Senior High School and received an associate’s degree from Phillips County Community College. Izola relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas in 1998.
She loved singing old hymns, assembling puzzles, reading the word of the Lord, playing bingo, exploring nature outside, and eating her all-time favorite, fried catfish and snack cakes. She attended Holy Souls International Ministries under the leadership of Clyde Boatwright until her health prevented her from attending.
Izola transitioned into eternal rest on February 22, 2025, at Baptist Hospital – Springhill. She is preceded in death by her parents Warfield & Lettie Livingston; a son, Robert Lee Bryson; three brothers, Edward Crutcher, Willie Livingston, and Vernell Livingston; and two sisters, Sarah Nell Jones and Barbara Ann Gates.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Georgia Livingston of Marianna, Ar, Genetta (Donal) Wheeler of St. Louis, MO, Pamela (Jimmy) Boatwright of North Little Rock, Ar, Rodney (Shemika) Bryson of Little Rock, Ar, Cameron (Lisa) Bryson of Fayetteville, AR, Sarah Arnold of Little Rock, Ar, Clint Arnold of Fort Smith, Ar.; a brother, Tommie Brown of Marianna, AR; four sisters, Mattie Jackson, Dorothy Carter, Edna (Ulysses) Hargraves & Boyce Livingston all of Marianna, Ar.; 28 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 36 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
