Women’s Conference at St. James UMC

Little Rock, Ark. (January 9, 2025) – St. James UMC will host a conference for women on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 8:00 am until 12 pm. The conference entitled “Unburdoned – A Time of Spiritual Renewal” will feature guest speakers, group sessions, worship, music, and private prayer time. This is a FREE event, open to 200 registrants. Childcare is available at the time of registration. 

The keynote speaker for the event will be Carissa Hardage, a mental health counselor turned coach who specializes in working with individuals on spiritual and identity formation and navigating seasons of transition. She received a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Master’s in Biblical and Theological Studies. She is a Certified Enneagram Coach and often utilizes this tool for helping clients understand identity formation for the purpose of relational, personal, and spiritual growth through her Coaching practice, Integrative Coaching.
