Sharon J. Wilson, 76, of Glen Rose, AR, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Encore Health and Rehab. She was born on June 12, 1948, in Malvern, AR, the daughter of Robert and Norene Morris Jenkins. She was a member of the Keith Memorial United Methodist Church in Malvern, AR, where she was very involved in the Women’s Ministry. Sharon enjoyed participating in the card ministry with her church families, and was a faithful pastor’s wife, in Arkansas, in many different churches.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Rev. Donald N. Wilson; sister and brother-in-law, Fonda Carol and Billy Don Lane; brother, Robert Lynn Jenkins; and nephew, James Robert Lane.
Left to cherish her memory, sister-in-law, Phyllis Walker of Magnet Cove; nephew, Gary Don Lane (Ginger) of Magnet Cove; great-nephews, Braedon Alexander Lane (Mya) and Carson Seth Lane (Faith); great-great-nephew, Connor Hayes Lane; and numerous cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 23, at 10 am, at Fairplay Cemetery, with Rev. Jeff Ipsen and Rev. Jeff Ladd officiating.
