In her role as Church of the Resurrection’s Mission Ministries Lead Director, Carol provides vision and oversight to mission programs that maximize the congregation’s involvement in life-changing ministry beyond the walls of the church and cultivates strategic relationships within the contexts and communities served by its members. Carol equips people for ministry through her practical experience from working in a local church setting. Her educational background in organizational management and leadership is key to her work. She has led local, national, and global training events and workshops relating to discipleship, mission, and mobilizing volunteers.

The FISER-CHRISTIE ENDOWMENT was established in 2013 in memory of Dr. Paul Martin Fiser and Rev. James and Marie Christie to support an annual lectureship at St. James United Methodist Church focused on the missions of the church.
