Luke S. Parker was born August 6, 1976, in Fort Smith, AR. Mr. Parker, age 44, passed away November 30, 2020, in a single-engine plane crash in Franklin, AR, doing what he loved best.

In addition, Luke loved fishing with his dad, anything outdoors, playing or watching football. He was a foodie and enjoyed cooking. He loved spending time with family, evidenced by one family member saying, “He was the best of us all; he was the glue that kept us together.”

Luke was a United Methodist Local Licensed Pastor and had previously pastored at Naylor United Methodist Church and in Stuttgart, AR, at Grand Avenue United Methodist Church. He loved his ministry and his church family dearly.

Luke will be deeply be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his mother Suanne Morgan and husband Jack of Conway, AR; his father Charles Parker and wife Jerri of Rogers, AR; two sisters, Mandy Lancaster and husband Chuck of Altamonte Springs, FL and Jill Scott of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, Travis Parker and wife Sarah of Peoria, AZ, and Patrick Coats and wife Robin of Rogers, AR.
