In June, Volunteers in Mission/Disaster Response hosted a group of 20 volunteers, including eleven from Project Transformation and six from The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas.
Volunteers put together 100 buckets, which went to Arkansas churches to aid in relief and clean-up efforts in the event of a natural disaster. Volunteers also helped clear out older supplies to make room for Ingathering donations.
Funding for supplies was provided by The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas. The Salvation Army also donated buckets.
