FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DISASTER CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR SURVIVORS OF MARCH 31 TORNADO

Survivors of the EF-3 tornado that impacted Pulaski County on March 31, 2023, may now apply for disaster case management through Disaster Service Corporation St. Vincent DePaul Disaster Case Management.

Case Management for Disaster Recovery is a free service which pairs households with trained and qualified case managers. Case managers work one-on-one with individuals and families impacted by the tornado to identify remaining unmet needs and access available resources. Case managers are equipped to advocate on behalf of individuals and families with FEMA, Insurance companies, and the Small Business Administration (SBA), in addition to working closely with local organizations active in disaster recovery to provide survivors with other disaster related services and assistance.

Funded by the Arkansas Community Foundation and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, this service is available now for eligible applicants. For more information or to apply, individuals should contact Pulaski-CrossARTornado@svdpdisaster.org or 800-668-0683.
