Hendrix College invites nominations and applications for the role of Executive Director of Career Success. Hendrix seeks a strategic relationship builder and astute team leader to transform the student and alumni career services model to serve the needs of constituents in a rapidly changing global environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading change, creating novel approaches to work, and moving quickly in an industry where speed is not the norm. Hendrix College is poised once again to lead in its sector nationally, and we seek someone who is willing to work with a cross-functional team to transform the student experience.

Hendrix College is a private liberal arts college located in Conway, Arkansas, approximately 30 miles from the capital city of Little Rock. Hendrix is recognized annually for academic excellence, career preparation, innovation, and value. The community is known for the close connections between its 1,100 students and their faculty and staff mentors, as well as its unwavering commitment to its liberal arts heritage. Hendrix graduates have outstanding long-term outcomes. Every graduate who moves directly into the job market reports being employed within six months of graduation. It is not surprising that Hendrix is one of the 40 “Colleges that Change Lives.”
