Hospitality & Facility Services Director – Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church

Hospitality Responsibilities:

  • Supervise church receptionist
  • Coordinate meals for meetings and church wide events (Including monthly staff lunches)
  • Help coordinate church-wide events
  • Coordinate Sunday morning hospitality
  • Coordinate funeral receptions
  • Coordinate ushers and greeters for worship and special services
  • Coordinate gifts for first-time guests
  • Follow facility use policy to schedule, coordinate and receive payment for non-church meetings
  • Recruit and support hospitality committee/team
  • Maintain a list of hospitality volunteers
  • Manage commercial kitchen use

Facility Services:

  • Supervise custodial staff
  • Manage church wide event calendar
  • Work with the Maintenance & Facilities Director to manage facility cleanliness, external & internal appearance.
  • Enter and/or approve invoice payments for various areas including office, security, hospitality, supplies, custodial
  • Oversee budgets for various areas including office, security, hospitality, supplies, custodial
  • Oversee security/security officers needs for the church & church events
  • Oversee staff uniform ordering & inventory
