What if you were to take a few minutes today….and do nothing. You will become aware of your breathing; so take advantage of the moment, and inhale and exhale a bit more intentionally until your breaths actually begin to relax you. You will think of all the things you think you should be doing instead of doing nothing; so use the time to focus on which things will make the biggest difference to you and those you care about most. You will find your thoughts wandering to God; so go with it and have that one-on-one conversation with God you’ve been meaning to have for a long time. By now, you’ve probably realized that when do nothing, you’re always doing something. It’s just that you’re actually beginning to do what matters most of all.
