What will you do today?” is a very different question from, “What’s the point of what you will do today?” The first is about activity, while the second is about purpose. And if you’re like a lot of people, all too often you probably feel as if you have so many responsibilities, obligations and self-imposed ‘to dos’ that you just don’t have time to get to the purpose of it all. No wonder your body is physically exhausted and your soul  empty at the end of the day. But there’s a different way. A better way. Talk to God and listen to God – in the morning when you rise, at night when you go to sleep and all the moments in-between. It will lead to purposeful activity. And that will do wonders for your body and your soul.
