God has given you a brain and expects you to use it. Not just in your everyday life, at work, when you vote, with your finances or when it comes to your health. But God also expects you to use your brain when it comes to faith. To ask the hard questions. To see through faith claims that sound comforting, but actually are contrary to God’s Will. And to make credible claims about the Good News of Jesus Christ. But it’s important to remember that using your brain to determine what makes sense to you is not the ultimate end. Rather, God expects you to use your brain for a purpose – to be a more faithful disciple of your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
