On October 11-12, 2019, the South Central Jurisdiction of the UMC’s Convocation of Archivists will be held at at Centenary College of Louisiana. This year’s Convocation of Archivists is hosted by Centenary College of Louisiana’s Archives and Special Collections and the Louisiana Conference of The United Methodist Church’s Commission on Archives and History. The event offers educational programs and tours tailored for United Methodist conference archivists, conference historians, local church historians, as well as anyone else interested in learning more about managing historic records of the United Methodist Church.
