Welcome to the new Arkansas Conference website! This website has been several years in the planning and making, and we’re proud to finally be able to bring it to you! We wanted to bring several of the major changes to your attention for using the new website:
- The new website is more secure and mobile-friendly, while significantly cutting our costs and environmental footprint! We’ve rebuilt the website from the ground up using the latest services and technologies available to bring you a faster, more reliable website that works everywhere at any time. Not only that, but rebuilding the website from the ground up has allowed us to partner with companies that have both reduced our carbon footprint and overall costs for running the site!
- We’ve consolidated many of our Conference ministries websites into one! Many of our Conference ministries that had separate websites are now all found at ARUMC.org, making it easier for you to find the most up-to-date information for all of them!
- We’ve replaced our Find-a-Pastor and Find-a-Church pages! We now encourage everyone looking for a church to use the UMC.org Find-a-Church directory, and those looking for a pastor should
use the Conference directory (available under Resources -> Documents and Forms). We are also strongly encouraging pastors to update their UMC.org Find-a-Church profiles (which can be done by following the instructions here). NOTE 05/20/2019 – please call the Conference office at (501) 324-8000 to request contact information for pastors. - We’ve also redone docs.arumc.org! docs.arumc.org has been cleaned up and stocked with the latest files, organized for easier access to all our forms, documents, and other related files.
