Asking personal questions – not of others, but of yourself – is one of the most important things you can do to enrich your life. While some are very specific to a particular situation, some are so timeless you hardly can ask them enough. Like “How am I experiencing my life as God’s gift?” Or “In what ways have I experienced God’s love?” Or even “What is God challenging me to do that I’ve never done before?” Sure, it may be difficult, perhaps even painful, to keep getting this personal. But keep at it, and you’ll encounter God like never before.
