The yuck of life probably causes you to wonder, “Where’s God?” And you long not merely for an intellectual answer that makes sense to you, but for an experience of God that penetrates to the core of your being. So look with the eyes of your heart and find God who is in front of you, behind you, beside you, above you, below you and in you. Find God who is in the exquisiteness of creation and the complexity of seven billion people on a small planet. Find God in the majesty of mathematics and the soulful sounds of music. Find God in children as they laugh and in a couple holding hands after 50 years of marriage. Find God in moments of prayer and in reaching out to help hungry children. But most importantly, find God who is everywhere sharing the abundance of love, new life and hope.
