Tarps Plastic totes (so homeowners have safe, dry storage for their belongings) Box or strapping tape Heavy sturdy boxes Tornado Tubs. The content list for these tubs is: 2 – 18 gallon tubs with lids (stack one inside the other) 1 can or bottle of insect repellent (for personal use) 5-8 oz. 1 can or bottle of spray air freshener 8-12 oz (be cautious of the name of the scent – “After the Rain,” might be lovely under other circumstances but could be upsetting in this situation) 1 pair of work gloves 1 pair of rubber gloves 1 package of zippered plastic gallon bags (20 count) 1 package of zippered plastic quart bags (30 count) (both sizes will help sort through smaller items that need to be kept together such as jewelry, paperwork, etc.) 1 permanent marking pen 1 roll of colored duct tape (to help label items and can help identify one household’s items) 5 masks 22 heavy duty trash bags (more for trash removal) 20 kitchen trash bags (for larger, personal items than need containment. Since these are white, it can help survivors also have an idea what is in the bag) 1 40-50 oz laundry detergent – can be used to clean up their clothes – (be cautious of the names of the scent. One bottle that I saw today was call “after the rain”, which normally sounds peaceful but may be upsetting to some.) Health kit (see below) Place all items inside inner tub and tear off a 2-3 ft. section of duct tape; place rest of roll in the tub. Put both lids on and snap them down. Put strip of duct tape over the tubs to hold everything together.

Grasp the bundle of items tightly and roll over the remainder of the hand towel tightly. Place the tightly rolled bundle in the plastic bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag.

Important Notes
‐ All items must be new.
‐ Do not wash any of the items as they will be considered used.
‐ Please remove all packaging.
‐ All emergency kits are carefully planned to make them usable in the greatest number of situations. Since strict rules often govern product entry into international countries, it is important that kits contain only the requested items – nothing more.
