Bishop Gary Mueller was officially assigned a new term as bishop for the Arkansas Conference for the upcoming quadrennium on Friday, July 15 at the South Central Jurisdictional Conference of the United Methodist Church in Wichita, KS.

In a brief statement after the assignment was made official, Mueller said, “I am deeply honored and excited to be re-assigned as the bishop of Arkansas! I am so excited about the way the Holy Spirit is leading us to make disciples of Jesus Christ, who make Disciples equipped to transform lives, communities and the world. I love you and can’t wait to do life and ministry with you!”
